Return Policy
  • Defective items will be exchanged within 7 days from delivery after that the factory warranty applies.
  • All returns must include the original manufacturer packaging, be in brand new condition, and include all accessories/instructions/warranty cards. 
  • You must email us to obtain a R.A. (Return Authorization) Number before returning a product.
  • Non-defective product returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened.
  • Non-Defective product returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.
  • Shipping is non refundable unless returning defective product.
  • We are not responsible for any consequential damages or any other warranties either expressed or implied.
  • In all cases our maximum liability shall be limited to a refund of the listing price paid or replacement of the item.
 
Payment Policy
  • We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks in US funds only.
  • If you use a Paypal eCheck this is similar to a regular check and requires clearing before the item is shipped. (Usually 4 business days but can be longer for international)
  • Checks may delay shipping until the check clears the bank.
  • Payments must be received within 7 business days from auction close.
  • California Shipments will be charged sales tax.
 
Bidding Policy
  • Bidding on a item is a binding agreement to purchase and pay for that item.
  • By placing a bid on an item you agree to the terms set forth in this document.
  • If you do not agree to these terms do not bid on or purchase the item(s).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bids on a purchase at any time for any reason we consider necessary
 
Shipping Policy
  • We use variety of shipping methods for standard flat rate shipping.
  • If you country is not listed please email for international shipping quote
  • Most items ship in 24 to 48 hours.
  • Items returned to us as undeliverable, wrong address or unclaimed will be re-shipped upon re-payment of S/H and any return shipping charges we incurred.
  • We reserve the right to ship with a different shipper and method than may be listed in the ad
  • Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country. The price you pay for shipping only covers shipping and handling and does not cover any duties or sales tax imposed by your country. You are solely responsible for any tax or duty charged by customs on this purchase.
  • Optional shipping insurance is offered for domestic and international buyers. We are not responsible for uninsured items lost in transit.
  • USPS does not provide tracking and usually only updates shipping labels when the item is scanned at the time it is delivery to you so don't expect tracking for USPS Items.

  • We will leave feedback for you after we have received payment.
  • We would appreciate it if you leave us feedback as well when you are satisfied with the purchase by giving us your 5 Star Rating in all four categories!
  1. Item as described: Refers to our pictures and descriptions! We try very hard to be accurate and complete!
  2. Communication: Refers to our prompt emails and answers to all your questions or concerns before and after the sale!
  3. Shipping time: Refers to how quick we ship! PLEASE do NOT penalize us for shippers and customs delays as these delays are beyond our control! We always ship the same or the next business day!
  4. Shipping & Handling: Refers to our charges for shipping the item to you. We strive to keep our shipping cost as low as possible and our S/H charge is one of the lowest around. Please remember this includes boxes, packaging and handling costs as well as postage. Keep in mind also that larger heavier items do cost more to ship. We typically charge actual postage plus about a dollar to cover packaging and handling cost
  • If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve any issues there are before leaving feedback. We will reply you ASAP, if no response  within 48 hours (Except Weekends and Holidays), please check your spam folder.  

 
Photo Policy
  • All of our items are brand new and the photos seen are representative of the product and are supplied by the manufacturer. Because of this photo accuracy is not guaranteed and can occasionally be slightly different than the product. These differences are generally minor like the color of a button or some other minor change that the manufacturer made between the prototype stage and the production stage. The photos we use are the standard photos for a product that are used by most online retailers.
